Frequently Asked Questions
When should I book my rental pieces?
We offer our brides the ability to book up to 6 months in advance. For spring and summer brides, we recommend booking as early as possible to secure the exact styles you want!
What is the length of time for a rental?
We know weddings are no longer just a one day event. That’s why we offer both 5 day and 8 day rental options, giving you plenty of time to receive and return everything without having to worry.
Day 1 of the rental period is when you receive the pieces and Day 5 or 8 is when you ship them back to us.
How many days before the wedding do you recommend having my pieces arrive?
We recommend having the pieces arrive two days before your wedding day.
For example, if you select a 5 day rental for a Saturday wedding, everything will arrive by end of day on Thursday and return shipment will be on Monday.
How do I know if the pieces I’m looking for are available for rent?
If the days on the calendar are not greyed out - that means they are available!
Do you have a waitlist for pieces that are sold out?
While we do not have a formal waitlist, you can email us at email@example.com and we’ll do our best to source the same piece or a similar alternative for you! Please include your rental dates, the style name(s), and the metal color(s) in your email.
Can I try on the pieces before I commit to renting them?
Yes, absolutely! We offer 3 day trial rentals (Wednesday to Friday). Just choose the piece you want to try on for $30 plus $9.99 for shipping, which includes a pre-paid return label.
For brides located in Manhattan or Brooklyn, we offer in-person style consultations if you are interested in meeting with a Style Consultant and viewing our collection in person. Appointments can be made by emailing us at at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where do you ship?
Currently we only ship orders within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. If you have a destination wedding outside the United States, we recommend the 8 day rental option as all orders must be shipped back to us from within the United States.
What if I misplace or lose my pre-paid return label/envelope?
While we were able to cover the cost of the original return label/envelope, unfortunately we won’t be able to cover its replacement. Please send us an email if you misplace your return label and we'll email you the return address information. Return your order via UPS 2 Day Air to the address listed below. Please make sure to list the retail value of your rental so that it is insured during transit and email the new tracking information to email@example.com.
What if I change my mind and want to cancel my order?
We understand if you change your mind!
You can cancel your RENTAL order for a full refund if we receive written notice from you to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of the date in which you placed your order and it is at least 7 days before your ship date.
We do not offer refunds on PURCHASED items.
Can I change the delivery address after I’ve placed the order?
Yes, absolutely! Please email us at email@example.com with your Order # at least 10 days before your rental start date to change the delivery address.
Is a signature required for delivery?
A signature is not required for delivery. It is up to the discretion of the UPS driver as to whether or not the security of the package will be compromised. If the UPS drive believes it is unsafe to leave the package, UPS will likely try to deliver the package again on the next business day.
Can I ship to a hotel?
Certainly, just make sure the hotel is expecting your package so there are no surprises! Please include the hotel name in the company field and the reservation guest in the attention field.
While we can certainly ship it to you at your hotel, we do ask that you return your order at a local UPS location. This will ensure orders are returned on time and you do not incur any late fees.
How much does shipping cost?
Our standard shipping cost is $9.99 and we offer complimentary return shipping.
My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
Please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org the moment you notice your shipment is delayed. We will do our best to overnight a replacement order to you!
What should I do if the piece I receive arrives damaged?
While we securely pack each of our pieces, they are still very fragile. On the rare chance your order arrives damaged, please email us at email@example.com immediately so we can do our best to send you a free replacement.
We recommend trying on your order immediately after you receive it to ensure everything is as you expected and there are no issues with your order.
If I fall in love with the pieces I rented, can I purchase them from you?
Of course! Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the pieces you want to purchase. We ask that you still ship the rental back to us for the next bride and then we’ll ship you brand new pieces.
For any rentals that turn into purchases, a discount will be applied to the retail price in the amount of the rental price you’ve already paid.
How do I return my rental?
For all return shipping, we ask that you place the pieces back in their original pouches / boxes so the items are securely packed. If you rented earrings, there is a divider in the pouch so each earring is placed separately in order to prevent them from getting scratched.
Once everything is packed in the exterior box, please place it inside the envelope with the pre-paid label and drop it off at your nearest UPS location by 12pm local time.
Helpful Hint: This is the perfect task for a trusted family member or someone in your bridal party!
What happens if I don’t return my rental on time?
It’s incredibly important that all rentals are returned on time so there are no delays for the next bride.
If you are unable to return your rental on time, please notify us at email@example.com as soon as possible. There is a $50 late fee on each item that is not received within 2 days of the return date.
If we do not receive the rental within 7 days of the rental end date, your rental will be considered a purchase and your credit card will be charged the retail value plus any applicable sales tax that is required.
What happens if I damage or lose my rental?
Not to worry, we know accidents happen! The $5 insurance you purchased at checkout covers minor damages, such as a broken post or a missing stone.
If you lose part (for example, if one earring goes missing) or all of the rental, the piece requires significant repairs or is damaged beyond repair, we will charge you the full retail value of the piece plus any applicable sales tax that is required.
How are the pieces cleaned?
Quality and cleanliness are critical to our business. Each piece is hand-cleaned, sanitized and thoroughly inspected before and after each rental to ensure it is in great condition.
